Brand-name GLP-1 medication prices are designed to match the cash-pay prices available through LillyDirect or NovoCare where applicable. Eligible users also pay the MeAgain Care subscription for clinician consults, prescription management, and clinical supervision.

MeAgain Premium and MeAgain Care are subscription-based. Medication pricing, refill timing, and payment timing can depend on the medication option shown in the app, eligibility, clinician review, and the pharmacy pathway. The app will show the current terms before checkout.

Yes. MeAgain can be used as a standalone GLP-1 tracker even if your prescription comes from another clinician, pharmacy, insurance plan, or telehealth service. Optional in-app medication intake is available for eligible subscribers, but it is not required to use the tracker.

If you have an existing GLP-1 prescription from an outside clinician, you can share it during the intake process. The licensed clinician reviewing your health history will decide whether continuing the same medication and dose is clinically appropriate.
